Welcome to Expertivia. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, operated by Majd Muhtaseb. By accessing or using Expertivia, you agree to these terms.

3. Service Description

Expertivia is a platform where users can open paid tickets to request custom tech projects like websites, apps, or bots.

4. User Access

Users must log in to open a ticket and request a project. There is no user-to-user interaction; communication happens privately between users and the Expertivia team.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are accepted manually (e.g., via PayPal.me).
  • Refunds are allowed only if the project has not been delivered.
  • Expertivia uses a milestone payment system. Once a milestone is completed and paid for, it is non-refundable.
  • Users can cancel a project at any time and request the source code for completed milestones.
  • Some projects, such as website hosting, may not include source code.
  • For milestone-based projects, payment is due after each milestone is completed.
  • For full projects, payment is due after full delivery and demonstration.
  • No source code or deliverables will be provided before full payment is received.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Spam or send unsolicited advertising.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities like hacking, fraud, or piracy.
  • Harass, threaten, or use hate speech or abusive language.
  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the platform or software.

7. Violations

Expertivia may take action based on the severity of violations, including warnings, suspension, or account termination. No refunds will be given to users who break the rules.

8. Content Ownership

Users own all rights to their projects and may use, modify, or distribute their delivered work freely. Expertivia retains all rights to platform content, tools, and internal code not included in user projects.

9. Legal & Miscellaneous

Expertivia may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes via email to the address associated with their account. By accepting these Terms of Service, users also agree to be bound by any future modifications or updated versions of these terms.

Projects are delivered based on user-provided requirements. Once delivered, users are fully responsible for their use.
